Dosatron chemical injectors are the easiest, most reliable way to accurately inject chemicals into water lines, through a water powered pump – no electric power needed. These compact injectors are designed to ensure that the chemical mixture remains the same, regardless of variations in pressure and flow.
In addition to controlling the consumption of additives, the Dosatron also reduces the need to handle the chemicals being used.

All of the models shown below are available with a standard blue body and a white PVDF body for applications requiring very high purity levels. Your choice of model will depend on water and dose rate requirements and the type of chemical being used. Dosage levels can be adjusted using the adjustment ring.

Softwashing with the Dosatron D3RE25IE

The D3RE25IE has a variable dosage rate from 5% to 25% and is ideal for softwashing.
Softwashing is an effective way to clean brickwork and other delicate surfaces, without pressure washing. Chemicals (which we can supply) are applied at a precise dosage through the Dosatron, then the solution and dirt can be rinsed away.
