  • Management of B&G’s Sales Department
  • Specific responsibility for floor cleaning equipment enquiries and sales, maintaining up to date knowledge of commercial floor care equipment developments
  • Building on our close relationships with manufacturers
  • Advising customers on suitable cleaning equipment for their needs
  • Site visits and equipment demonstrations where appropriate
  • Equipment delivery and user training

Experience and specialist areas

I joined B&G in 2020, having worked in the cleaning equipment industry since 2009, and became Sales Director in August 2021. I have a wide knowledge all types of commercial cleaning equipment including scrubber dryers and floor polishing machines, floor sweepers, outdoor utility cleaning equipment and dry steam cleaning equipment. I have a wealth of experience, supplying all types of equipment to a wide range of commercial customers and also local authorities, hospitals and schools.

Being a key member of B&G’s expert team is very important to me. I really enjoy the opportunity to work with businesses in a wide range of industries. By seeing how businesses operate, I can work with them to provide a solution to their cleaning needs, and I’m on hand throughout the process from the initial enquiry through to delivery. Developing ongoing relationships with customers is also important to me – my customers know that can rely on me to react quickly, professionally and always with a friendly smile on my face!

How can I help?

Choosing the right type of commercial cleaning equipment, at the correct specification, requires a thorough understanding of a range of factors including the nature of the dirt or debris to be removed, the surrounding environment, health & safety and storage facilities etc. I’m able to ask the right questions to gain an understanding of each customers unique situation, to make sure that the cleaning equipment I supply is efficient and cost effective – the best solution for them.
