Floor Scrubber Dryer – How it Works

The floor scrubber or scrubber dryer is a machine that is fitted with rotating brushes which together with water and detergent literally scrub the floor. The brushes are often self levelling to deal with uneven floors and ensure efficient cleaning. The residue is then collected by a system of squeegees, and sometimes vacuum, depositing the residue in a holding tank. The advantage of this type of machine is that it dries the floor as well as cleaning it, which means the minimum of disruption and downtime in addition reducing the risk of accidents due to slipping or tripping on a wet floor.
