We understand about industrial and commercial environments, so can advise you on the best type of equipment to use. Where there isn’t a suitable ‘off the shelf’ solution we design, build and install bespoke cleaning systems.
Examples of our specialised commercial cleaning equipment:
- High pressure cleaning systems for industrial production facilities
For example: A system for cleaning magnetic swarf from photo-copier components during production, for a world leading manufacturer. The system included a fully recycled water system to remove magnetic debris from the water, also a programmable moving nozzle assembly. - Modular pressure automatic cleaning systems for industrial production
- Cleaning in place (CIP) systems. These are often used in the food industry, e.g. to clean ingredients mixing vessels. One, designed and built for a well known food manufacturer, included noxxles and water and chemical pump assemblies.
- Multi-lane vehicle wash systems - e.g. cleaning up to 6 lanes simultaneously.
- Label removal systems, e.g. for plastic trays and beer kegs.
- Duct cleaning systems, e.g. for use in the tobacco industry
- Steam heated hot water pressure cleaners , e.g. a bespoke system for the Ministry of Defence
- Chemical mixing and spraying system, e.g. as developed for the Ministry of Defence
- Cleaning systems for food preparation and catering premises, which are used in catering premises across the UK
- Central pressure cleaning system for dairy cleaning and sanitisation, using water at over 90 deg. C
- Central wash down systems, including hot water and pump systems. e.g. a cleaning system designed for one of the UK's largest hamburger manufacturers includes a hot water system and pump system to allow up to 12 operators to clean simultaneously.
